What

Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

Where

Portions of north central and northeast Kansas, including the following counties, Clay, Washington, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson, Marshall, Nemaha, Pottawatomie and Riley.

When

Through Wednesday afternoon.

Impacts

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Additional details

- Thunderstorms are forecast to have access to abundant moisture and could redevelop and move over the same locations multiple times. By Wednesday afternoon, some locations could end up with around 3 inches of rain with locally higher amounts possible.
