Description

The areas affected include...western Guam Coastal Waters...western Rota Coastal Waters... At 1145 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located over the western coastal waters of Rota, moving southwest around 25 knots toward the western coastal waters of Guam.

Instructions

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
